Food for the Hungry is an organization that combats poverty at a holistic level, to help us put people first on a global scale. They believe that teaching and building up a community to become self-sufficient is the strongest way to combat poverty.
Through Food for the Hungry, we not only contribute to helping a village flourish and strengthen their skills, but we also have sponsor children for each member of our staff. We have their pictures, letters and drawings posted at our work stations so we can remember that everything we do during the work day helps our sponsor children and their families thrive and build up their communities.
